3) What you may do without prior permission

• Use Curator Pack assets strictly for non-commercial editorial coverage (exhibition proposals, press, academic review), following the credit guidance above.

• Commercial uses (including advertising, merchandise, catalogues, covers, paid media).

• Creating derivative works, adaptations or extensive reproductions of texts or images.

• Any public use of assets from the Private / Previews area.

5) Curator Pack terms

The Curator Pack (PDF + selected stills) is provided for editorial, non-commercial use tied to curatorial or press activity. Do not alter, crop or remove credits/watermarks. For other uses, request a licence.

6) Private / Previews — confidentiality

The Private / Previews area is password-protected for selected curators/collectors. Access is confidential. No downloading, screen-grabs, re-posting or onward sharing without prior written consent.

7) No scraping / text-and-data mining

All text and data mining (TDM) and similar automated scraping or copying of content and images (including for AI training) are prohibited unless you have a written licence from the rightsholder. We reserve all rights.

8) Trade marks and brand elements

Logos, wordmarks and brand elements are protected by trademark and/or passing-off laws. Do not use them without permission.

9) Take-down and rights queries

10) Governing law
