“Ecce Dominus. Caro Pierpaolo…”
Art Action at the Galleria d’Arte Moderna of Rome (March 2023)
In March 2023, Carolina Lombardi took part in the art action “Ecce Dominus”, staged in the Cloister of the Galleria d’Arte Moderna in Rome and curated by Laura Facchini and the association Windmill Art Power Plant.
The initiative formed part of the Rassegna Pasoliniana, held to mark the centenary of Pier Paolo Pasolini’s birth.
During the performance, all participants positioned themselves around a central base and, one by one, presented their own text, inspired by the poetics of Pier Paolo Pasolini, alongside a significant object, thereby activating a dialogue between word, matter, and the performative space.
